How to select who can comment on your Facebook posts
Step 1. Open Facebook app on your phone – Android or iPhone
Step 2. Navigate to your Facebook timeline and select a post that you want to restrict commenting
Step 3. Hit the three-dot menu adjacent to your profile avatar

Step 4. Select the “Who can comment on your post?” option from the pop-up menu
Step 5. Choose who you want to comment on the post from the three options available: Public, Friends, or Profiles and pages you tag.
Step 6. Hit “Done” to save the preferences
Keep in mind that comment control only affects a specific post as of now. So once everything is set, the preferences will only apply to that particular post. Any other person will not be able to comment, but they can see the post and other comments.
Facebook also rolled out several updates to its News Feed, giving users more control over what they see and in what order.
Twitter also has a feature that allows users to select who can reply to tweets and hide replies.
